Why Give:  The Rural Health Foundation of Sublette County (RHF) is the only non-profit organization raising funds to support patient services for anyone residing in or traveling through Sublette County: young and old, sick and healthy, residents and visitors alike.

Donate

Amazon Smile Gifts:  Click here to sign up with the Amazon Smile Program so a percentage of every Amazon purchase you make goes to the RHF.

Unrestricted Gifts:  Unrestricted gifts are the most flexible way to donate to the RHF. Your unrestricted gift provides the RHF with the ability to apply resources where they are needed most.

Restricted Gifts:  The Families in Need Fund was established to assist qualifying families and individuals with their outstanding SCRHCD medical bills. With this gift, you will know that you are making a real difference.

Gifts of Cash
A cash gift is the simplest way to give. Cash gifts can be made by check or credit card. Check to see if your employer participates in a corporate match program and make an even greater impact with your gift.

Gifts of Other Assets
Consider other ways to give such as securities, life insurance, real estate or personal property, or retirement benefits.

Planned Giving
Gifts of this type include bequests, annuities, and  trusts.

Endowment
A gift that keeps on giving – an  endowment is a permanent fund that is established for a specific purpose. With an endowment, you know that your gift will last forever.

Your Gift is Tax Deductible: A donation to the RHF is tax deductible, and it can provide you with other significant tax benefits as well. Please consult  your personal tax advisor or contact the RHF and we will be happy to provide you with a list of entities that can advise you on tax-related issues and further  assist you with your charitable goals. For your convenience, a statement of your annual giving is mailed to you in January of each year.

THANKS FOR YOUR GENEROSITY
