DAISY Award for Nursing Excellence

NOMINATE A NURSE for the 2018 DAISY AWARD

Funded by the Rural Health Foundation, the DAISY Award is an international recognition used to thank nurses all over the world for their care, dedication, and teamwork.

The DAISY award was named in honor of Patrick Barnes, who’s parents formed a non-profit after losing their son to an auto immune disease.  DAISY stands for Disease Attacking the Immune System and the award associated with it is designed to recognize the tireless and compassionate work of nurses.

Each year the Rural Health Foundation receives nominations from patients, peers, and management for nurses that are seen to demonstrate excellence in their profession.
