Families in Need

“I wanted to say a huge thank you for the financial help RHF gave us for my emergency care in May.  It was such a huge blessing to us.  Thank you so much!”   RHCD Patient

The Rural Health Foundation has been funding the Families in Need Program since early 2012.  Funds to support this program have been received from the United Way, Wyoming Community Foundation, and individual donations.

The Families in Need Program provides financial assistance to patients of the Sublette County Rural Health Care District that are struggling with medical debt and whose income is at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.  The program is available to qualifying individuals and families throughout Sublette County.

Outcomes of this program include improved access to medical care, reduction of collection agency issues, and overall relief for health care costs for our community.
