Isaac Armstrong

FOUNDER/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – RHF

Isaac Armstrong is a certified Information Professional who has served in the oil and gas industry and biotechnology industry for about 14 years. He has a post graduate degree in Information Science from the University of Ghana and a post graduate diploma in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School.

He is originally from Ghana but relocated to the United States in 2019. He is the founder of Rural Health Foundation, based in Portland, Oregon. Having lost two siblings in Ghana due to lack of finances to access good healthcare, he made it his mission to establish a nonprofit to help provide access to quality healthcare for people living in low-income communities using modern point of care ultrasound technologies and telemedicine App to do rapid assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions that would otherwise go undetected and eventually cause death. He has developed a telemedicine App called HomDoc to help achieve this goal.

Isaac is also the Founder and C.E.O of eCourseMate, a social networking and learning platform developed to help students from around the world to connect and help each other through their academic journeys. In his free time, Isaac writes educational books for children and the youth. Among some of his favorite books are “ The Art of Learning”, “Regrets of the elderly, thoughts for the young”, and “The Legal Frogs” (available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble).
